[sdiy] Integrated circuits datasheet

Thank you Veronica !

I've been digging into old schematics I have, and I've found some more
information.
Looks like it's "low-speed logic" family, and the supply voltage should be
15 V.
Some AND-gates have an additionnal inputs with an external capacitor
connected to the output of the gate.

I'm now busy with collecting informations from the schematics to recompose
IC pinouts.
Just need some time...

Phil.

I suspect they are a Siemens special. They look like standard ttl logic.
H211, h241, h245 etc would be like a 74Hx series device. FZ is probably a
Siemens special take on this where FZ stands for something. Might be worth
checking out Siemens.

I once had a logic chip checker that one would plug the chip in and it would
spit out the logic series number or a truth table if it could get a match to
a 74 series device. You could test them in this way but you'd need to make
sure that FZ doesn't mean some strange supply voltage.

Hi all,

I've got a few ICs like FZH211, FZH241, FZH245, FZJ..., FZL...
and I'm looking for datasheets. I think they are from Siemens, and they must
be digital (logic) family.
I checked alldatasheet.com, datasheetcatalog.com, datasheet4u.com... without
any success.
Does anybody somewhere have any information about any of those ICs ? {a
quite "fuzzy" question... ;^) }

Thanks

Phil.
