[sdiy] Integrated circuits datasheet

Hi all,

I've got  a few ICs like FZH211, FZH241, FZH245, FZJ..., FZL...
and I'm looking for datasheets. I think they are from Siemens, and they must 
be digital (logic) family.
I checked alldatasheet.com, datasheetcatalog.com, datasheet4u.com... without 
any success.
Does anybody somewhere have any information about any of those ICs ? {a 
quite "fuzzy" question... ;^) }
