There must be several ways of syncing this circuit - depending on your
prefs-
I think I would add a second 10k input resistor to U1, pin 3 such that
U1 functions as a 'sync-mixer', any waveform injected at this point
would then allow "soft sync" if at low amplitude and progressively more
"hard sync" as the amplitude is increased.
The above idea makes no allowance for DC biasing so the injected
waveform will need to be within the range of 0v to maybe 10v max. -
experiment with waveforms as well - don't just use narrow pulses!
I am a soft-sync fan, you can get some weird tones out of a pair of
cross-coupled oscillators!
