The clips, I think, are Wakefield 256-DM.  That's the good news.  The
bad news is that it does not appear these are being stocked by anyone
(in the US) that I can find and there is a minimum order quantity of
5,000 pieces from the factory.

I would put a small dab of heatsink compound between the two devices
and then heat-shrink them together as Adam suggested.  If you really
wanted to go crazy there are thermally conductive epoxies out there
but I doubt there would be a meaningful difference in performance
beyond heatshrinking them together.
