[sdiy] Serious about cloning Korg VC-10 Vocoder: unreadable part of schematic foiling plans

Hello all,
A while ago a nice member of our group directed me to a place where I could
download the repair manual for the Korg VC-10 Vocoder when I expressed
frustration in not being able to find a schematic for one. I've looked at
several vocoders and this is the one I want to make (first). It's simple,
elegant and capable of some way cool sounds. One of my favorite bands, Air
(Tangerine Dream & Kalus Schulze) has used it, although I suspect that they
(Air) have used one or more other vocoder on their albums. Like I think they
got a new vocoder for Talkie Walkie unless they just came up with some new
settings they hadn't thought of before. But I digress...
The schematic is easy to follow except for a badly scanned (or a bad
photocopy, well-scanned) section in the upper, right-hand quadrant of the
KLM-135 board: the top of page 7 in the service manual.
The values of many parts are hard to read and some lines appear to vanish
and reappear. I can probably extrapolate what the parts shouldbe based on
the way other parts of the circuit are designed, but maybe not.
If anyone has a good, readable copy of just this one page, I'd greatly
appreciate if they wold share it.
When I begin my task of building this little beasty, I'll keep a running
photogallery of my progress, with sound samples too. I'll also share any
mods I make, which is very likely. The analog VU-meter is staying for sure
though...
thanx,
Anthony
