[sdiy] ARP VCO PNP-NPN exponential pair matching

I looked in the archives and there was a post from someone at ARP that says
they never matched the NPN/PNP pair in the VCO.
With modern component tolerances its even less likely this is necessary.

I am building a 4027-1 at the moment so I wasn't going to manually match the
expo pair (2N3904/2N2906).
My VCO has a PIC/DAC controlling pitch, tune and trim, as well as selecting
waveshape. Also hope to get the PIC to autotune the VCO ;-)
