Thats not right. Only the libraries that are marked as "in use" (Green dot
right of the Library name - scroll to the right!) will be searched!
So be sure to mark (eventually all) useful libraries with USE.
Mark all libraries by pressuing the right mouse button on the LIBRARIES TAB
in the control panel and select USE ALL.
Thats what I normally do and had no problems with it.
