This is a very good Eagle Tutorial in HTML format.
It is best to grab the whole webpage (with HTtrack for example) and save it on your harddisk.

Yes thats right.
My solution:
In the control panel click with the right mouse button on LIBRARIES and click on USE ALL.
The in the schematics editor search in the ADD command for NE5534* and you will get a DIL8 an SO8 version from the linear library.
