[sdiy] Adding offset to vactrol??

I found the F1 and F2 through hole parts on Mouser, so those would 
work.  Like vactrols they appear to also be poorly specified, showing 
only a 10:1 normalized resistance range graph for a device with a 
1,000,000:1 resistance range.
