[sdiy] quick eagle quesiton on libraries

Im just starting Eagle, but one of my first difficulties is finding the components i want to use.

Say i want to use a NE5534 opamp... 

How would i know what library to USE ?  

The search provided by the ADD command searches only the libraries that ive have been loaded by the USE command, right?

Im sure i must be missing somthing obvious?
