[sdiy] PCB board mount wire end? ( yeah, I dont know what to call this )

Perhaps you are looking for an AMP-IN from AMP/Tyco? It's a crimp on 
terminal with a retaining clip so it stays in place when you put it 
in the hole. Excellent for wave soldering wires as they cannot pop 
out due to the force of the wave. Lots of different styles to choose 
from if you want 10,000. Future have some in stock in smaller 
quantities.
