IMHO, a platform is only dead when no-one is using it or developing for it.

It's a nice concept, but lacks some of the features I feel are important,
hence why I've started the QiX project.

The target price for a complete 'QiX' (5253 MCU and 56720 DSP) is $600,
which will get you a lot more 'bang for buck' than the pandora.

QiX will have 8 ins and 8 outs, in addition to USB OTG, Ethernet, MIDI and a
bunch of other stuff.

I'm not putting down the pandora, I looked and considered it for a while,
but it just doesn't have some of what I'd like.
