> Is "unmarked Ethanol" the same as denatured alcohol?
No, "marked Ethanol" means: not pure alcohol, which is definitely toxic
also in light concentrations, so it is marked with some attributes with
alarming taste and smell; while "unmarked Ethanol" usually is pure
alcohol, which can be used for medical human application.

I suspect its got some benzene and other nasties in there regardless?

If not itlld play absolute havoc with taxes (meening why buy heavily taxed human consumption beverages, when you can buy pure
ethanol and mix it with whatever you like ; )

Again, it was way back, but i remember using ethanol in the labs, and, whilst it didnt have the usual methanol aditive it still
wasnt fit for swigging : )
