In most (not all) states here in the.. uh States.. I think you can get 
this as 95% / 190-proof Everclear at the liquor store. Which is, 
incidently, where my pharmacist gets it. She says she uses it for making 
ear drops of various sorts. (In the other states it's only 75%.)
