I've had plastic dissolve in turpentine (mind you, by 'turpentine' I mean what we in Australia call 'mineral spirits', used to dilute oil paint. I can't imagine cleaning keys with anything but warm water & a little detergent, unless the keys are somehow stained, or someone has written the notes on them with a marker pen ;-( paul perry Melbourne Australia
