[sdiy] Keith's reverse-engineered moog VCLPF

Ok, this is Keith Winstanley's DIYd Moog LPF he brought along to Synth DIY
UK 2008. He told me he was given a reverse engineered panel by a friend, and
decided he'd do the same with the electronics just to fit the panel up with
something. He worked out the boards from a JPEG of each board. It all works
(though it did some weird stuff with Andy Wilson's PSU from what I heard).
It sounds awesome.
