Thanks for the info Scott.

I'll try to check it out within the next couple days.

In the case that the pot is bad, does anyone know a suitable replacement (other than the originals at wine country sequential). I'm not saying that I wouldn't want to use a NOS part, I'm just looking for options.

Attack time is set by the voltage on pin 15 of U117 (CEM3310). Minimum  
attack suggests the voltage on that pin is stuck at 0 volts. There's  
not much connected to this pin that could go wrong, unless it's the  
3310 itself. Check for bad connections around R1206 and the attack  
pot. The voltage on pin 15 should go more negative as the attack pot  
is rotated CW.
