By "tiny" I mean the 1/4 or 1/8th watt ones that look like normal resistors.

They work, like the panasonic SMD tempco's, but its just such a pain to
isolate them enough that little breeze doesn't cause a drift and then
compensation.

Its more a personal preference thing I think, I've just had better and more
repeatable luck with the devices closer to the old Q81...
