If you are unfamilier with the KRL tempcos, look at this URL :

Chris points out the KRL tempco in particular.  They are physically much
larger then normal resistors and have quite a bit more thermal mass.  

The particular series is the C-2AQ.  Have a look at
http://www.krlbantry.com/products/Precision/sect-312.htm  no exact datasheet
but you can see the Q series in the table.  The tempco's seem to have a TC
of around 3350 in our applications if I remember correctly and can be fairly
easily trimmed ( dial-a-tempco! ).
