I used to have a copy of this, don't know what happened to it...
Well worth the read just to see how things were done back when. But an awful
lot of that tech isn't practical any more.
FWIW, the author was also the guy who ran Schober Organ Company, the outfit
that sold "kit" organs to people back in the 1960s or so.
