[sdiy] dsPIC with on-chip audio DACs

The dsPIC33FJ64GP802 chips with on-board audio DACs that were discussed 
on this list a while back have been available for about a month now. 
These come in 28-pin skinny DIP packages and cost is less than $10/ea in 
single qty. I bought some a few weeks back and finally got around to 
trying one out the other day.

After the usual cockpit errors that occur when starting off with a new 
processor I've gotten some simple audio stuff running. Performance looks 
(and sounds) generally good. It's possible to get 100kHz sample rates 
using only the on-chip clock oscillators, so this chip and a few 
external components can be used to lash-up a fairly capable noise maker.
