[sdiy] Syncable digital noise source.

After filtering and post processing the different digital noise  
colors sound like "real world" instruments. For example the  
difference between hitting a cymbal at the edge or closer to the  
center. With just a simple noise source it takes a lot more post  
processing to get this effect.
