Well, when IBM refuses to do things that suits the GP computer market Apple
had no option then to switch to maintain competitiveness. Users comes second
hand in such evolving circumstances.

Ok you have a TC power core and want to port code to FS DSP dev board?

Actually not its to many legs on them at the moment, IC manufacturers
target market are unfortunately telecom.
