[sdiy] sort of OT: bullet ricochet noise?

It'll lack all of the subtleties of what's happening in the real
physical model. We're seeing a spacial mix of the original striking
sound and it's resonance possibly and reverberation in the environment,
and the decaying frequency 'oscillator' ie. spinning end to end bullet
which will decrease in frequency of course as air friction dampens it,
plus a doppler effect as the bullet moves across the place of
perception. If it deflects right at you you may not hear this of
course...and if it hits you you may not care! :-)

But anyway if you can assign any kind of pitch envelope you should be
able to play around with the filtering also to create some spacial
perception in the sound. Good luck :-)
