There's some EQ-ing that's done when the effect is "off" so that when you
stomp it in, the transition is seamless. This is in the Dimension C. For me
I guess this would be something of a non-issue since chorus is an effect
that I ALWAYS have one. But only because I only have ONE chorus pedal at the
moment. When I make an EXACT copy of my interpretation of tonepad.com's
Small Clone clone (that I have dubbed "Small Clown"), I'll have it set as
more of a vibrato that I would want to switch in and out and not having a
"pop" would be a good thing.

The Dimension D is very similar in concept to the Dimension C - but very
different in terms of the actual circuit. I think having "the best of both
worlds" would be good. The Dimension C is mono in stereo out - so it can
make a boringly mono signal excitingly stereo. The Dim D is stereo in -
stereo out.>punkt< It is very easy to make the Dimension C stereo in (which
Scott Stites did do).
