[sdiy] datasheet / info for YM21280/YM21290

Hmmm... I don't know about those. I have a YMF262 (that was on a Compaq 
motherboard for its built-in soundcard) that I'm using in a MIDI Box OPL3 
project and I have a YMF724 on a soundcard that has it's own small PC 
running it (but I think the latter is actually a wavetable synth).

It would be cool to have a pool of collected datasheets and other info 
concerning all of the interesting FM chips and otherwise that Yamaha has put 
out.
