I'm actually glad I'm not doing much warrantee work anymore. The kind of
junk thats being passed off as pro level tube gear is really not much more
than consumer junk. Anyone been inside a Mar$hall TSL or Voc AC30CC? How
'bout a Peewee 5150 combo or classic 30? Cough...hack...and mfgr's warrantee
policies have gone straight to hell these days.

On a related note...I finally got the Heathkit IP-32 HV supply I've been
huntin' for....a couple actually. But they need to be rebuilt before they're
ready for prime time. Part of a bulk test gear buy. Also got a couple
Sencore LC77 cap/coil analyzers....those are worth thier weight in
gold...for what I do anyway. GOLD JERRY! Various other bits...funct gens,
scopes, bench meters, counters. Anyone need an older (B&K 2522) 20Mhz
storage scope? There will be a couple reg analog scopes available (B&K 1477,
1476a) as well but I need to repair those first. And the little baby
scopes....if anyone uses those.

The Heath supply will be nice for putzing around with oddball tubes and
general prototyping. It'll be fun....
