Babelfish does indeed do a fine job of it,  it's still a little quirky but 
mostly quite readable.  From german-to-english the URL I ended up with is

Interesting site,  and there are some things in there I'd never have thought 
of doing,  like using nicads and an inverter (!) to power a tester rather 
than relying on line power,  for one example.
