[sdiy] SmallBear 1900H pictures

FWIW, I got my first shipment f Small Bear knobs yesterday (and they  
look great!) and was comparing them side by side with Davies 1900H  
knobs, and noticed that while I recall that Davies knobs had an  
engraved line, the ones I bought about a year ago from Allied have a   
painted line. So... it would appear that when viewed from the front,  
the only discernible difference between the Davies and Small Bear  
knobs is the color of the set screw...
