Not only that, the whole idea by using speakers to verify phase results are to.
Actually its ridiculously to try to verify this small phase responses with
speakers. Just twist your head slightly as some one here previously mentioned.
Each one of you are sitting in different rooms with different speakers can only
end to different results.
Btw as Magnus said, cones does not respond proportional to input voltage.
every speaker builder knows that. If the coil would be of superconducting
material with no limits on mechanical movements then perhaps. Besides what
kind of speakers are you folks talking about? Old fashion paper cones,
electroplates, or latest oil-rubber or magneto fluid driven cones?
