i used a kit from analogue solutions, it works great


i will get some pics of mine so u can see how it looks

the only hard part was i had to poke holes in the case to mount the  
1/8" jacks, looks ok though....

i think u can get these jacks from mouser for cheap, or whatever  
supplier u use
