[sdiy] Another Circuit Board Question

hello all, first post.
been lurking here for a bit.

there is some pcb layout software i heard about,
can't recall the name, which allows you to load
a scan of a pcb as a bg image and then layout on
top of it.  if this suits you i can find out the name of it...

of course it won't go to schematic from there, a pity...
