[sdiy] Another Circuit Board Question

I've looked and asked around, but I think if such a service does exist you'd
have to pay lots of $$$ for it.
I wanted to do get the schematic of a distortion pedal I have (single sided
PCB) but I found none on the net. So I scanned the PCB and with some
Paintshop Pro got the trace. I filled the parts in by hand and now am at the
point where I need to sit down with Multisim or some circuit simulation
software and put in the parts to get a schematic. I tried just drawing it
out first on paper, but that got way confusing very quickly because you
can't move parts around. I can link what I have so far if needed.
I'm also interested if anyone has an easier answer to this question.

Subject: [sdiy] Another Circuit Board Question
Hola-
I have a new, pristine circuit board, about 6 x 9,
double-sided; fairly complex.
This board is no longer in production; I would like to get it cloned.
I know there is software to turn schematics into board files (Eagle,
etc), and there are places like PCB Express that have software that
allows you to draw a board on the screen (this one is way too complex
for that); does anyone know of a service that can somehow scan an
existing 2-sided board & come up with the requisite files (trace,
drilling, etc) for board production?
Thanks.
