[sdiy] Hammond Vibrato Scanner

The original belt in my Hammond has become to loose and I haven't
found anything in local stores I can use for it. I found this though
and it looks promising...

That minimum pulley diameter for the 1/8 belt will be a problem
though. The pulleys on both the scanner and drive motor are very
small.
