[sdiy] Vangelis & keyboard key vibrato/tremolo/modulation

Probably the CS80 with him.  The 80 has a nice poly aftertouch and the 
60 global AT but it's fairly sensetive too.  They both have the big 
pitch ribbon that he used extensively and the ring modulator also.
