[sdiy] Chroma Polaris

A couple members have a cache of the vco's as I recall.  The VCF's many 
of us have.  The CPU is a 186 :-).  And a lot of the common stuff.  I 
should have copied the EPROMS.  Next time I have one open I will 
hopefully remember. -Bob
