The manual says "rotary pots" which first led me to think encoders, but 
they should actually be pots if they have end-stops.  That would then 
probably be the same pots that are in the WAVE, which aren't 
manufactured anymore as well.  Again, shaft size and pin position is 
standard, so they shouldn't be too difficult to replace.
