[sdiy] Prophet 5: Noise generator Vcc and Vgg connected together ??

Hi all,

I just replaced the MM5837N noise generator, the pink
noise which is controlled by the bender.

I recall legs 1 and two (Vcc and Vgg) of the original
one connected to one another, but no connection on the
layout itself. Was that connection done by mistake, or
do you think that I still need to connect them two ?

Does it makes any sense at all that Vcc and Vgg are
jumpered ?? The schematics doesn't show any connection
to the Vgg output at all...
