[sdiy] waldorf pulse knob (and pot) source?

Just off the top of my head, the pot is beyond repair. The knob can
probably
be replaced by Waldorf with luck but I tend to assume the worst in
these cases
so can the knob be cut free from the pot with some of the shaft if
necessary ?.
Then the end of the shaft could be carefully removed from the knob
using a
small burr in a PCB type drill.
Also, is it possible to find out what glue was used from the previous
owner ?.
The manufacturer may be able to advise a suitable solvent - may help
getting
the pot remains from the PCB safely. Just a thought.
