The fact that your power LED isn't lighting should
tell you where to look first. Remember that if your
circuit has no power, it just won't work. For
starters, that seems to be you problem. It could be
your only problem.
If you remove your power supply rectifiers (D1 and D2)
you can isolate the wall wart power supply from the
circuit and if your LED still doesn't light up then
the problem is probably in one or more of the
following circuit components: PWR1, S1, R2, or D3.
Questions you need to answer:
1. What is the AC voltage of PWR1?
2. Is your LED functional (hi ohms in one direction
and low ohms in rhe reverse direction)?
3. Does S1 show 0 ohms continuity when closed?
4. Is your soldering good?
You can hopefully use the answers to figure out where
to look next.
