Luis,

The _Alpha_ Junos (1 & 2) use a chip called the MB87123 for the  
DCOs.The service manuals are available online if you want them, and  
do include a pinout for the chip but to be honest I'd be surprised if  
you can find one of these chips. If it is one of the old arcade game  
machine sound chips, you might find one, but details are very patchy.

I've been concentrating on the earlier Junos (60/106) and the JX-3P/ 
JX-8P/JX10 since they use a standard microprocessor peripheral chip,  
an Intel 16-bit triple counter. Modern versions of this _are_ still  
available, and not even very expensive. In the UK, Farnell have them  
for about £3, which is only £1 per DCO.

I'll keep the list posted if I come up with a working DCO design.
