.. the same tools are available as we are using in the OpenMoko  
project, btw, specifically OpenOCD .. the only issue is that the  
compiler/assembler is Windows-only at the moment.  i hope this gets  
rectified soon because i'd much rather code for the DSP on linux than  
on windows ..
