The problem with car headlights, is that the resistance varies enormously
from cold to hot.
So there is a very high current at first.. if you choose the bulbs to give
say 4A when cold, then when heated they will only be drawing half or less.
Not really what you want for a test situation.
Though as a cheap & simple go/nogo test, bulbs are good.
