I think that's what I needed to hear. I needed the voice of reason to talk
me down. I mean I have a Yamaha QY-10 and a PC that I use JUST to run
Arturia's Moog Modular. It's not a laptop, but it's a tiny tower with an LCD
monitor bolted right to it and a cheap soundcard with a decent MIDI port and
ASIO4All gives me super low latency. I need a trackball to complete the
interface, but it's sweet.
I don't really need the QY-10 to make the Moog Modular go, since the Moog
has it's own sequencer. But the QY-10 let's me run whole songs to it. I've
been thinking of running it with Fruity Loops, but the PC is doing all it
can to run the Moog.
