That seems to match with my experience with such kits from another
place... it is still a good deal, but I found it nearly impossible to
read off some values and resorted to measuring them instead. Which
brought out another reason why the are so cheap: most of the kit I have
would be sort rejects. They are still in spec (as good as I can
measure), mind you - but they are all bunched towards on side of the
spec limit. This is no problem in most applications, but something to
be aware of. Matching of like values across two such kits could be
quite bad, so you better not mix them.
