[sdiy] ebay resistors recommendations for values and quantity

It sounds like a good deal, but don't expect the quality you would get from Mouser. I bought a HK 1% 1/4W resistor assortment and the wires were very thin and the color bands are hard to read (red, brown, and orange all look kind of the same). Still, they have come in handy for lots of projects.
