[sdiy] mystry PCBs from Jan Czmok

Howdy,

 I just  received 2 circuit boards from germany sent
by Jan Czmok. I've been offline for 2 months and don't
remember what they are. Can anyone tell me? Also where
to find the schematic and parts list? They'll be
mighty hard to builf if I don't know what to put
where. thanx in advance.
