I don't know about my brother Jim but I've simulated a LOT
of synth circuits with Electronic Workbench, including
VCOs, VCFs, VCA's etc.
I can't give you specific circuits that you could just 'run'
as the export in .cir format from EWB is really, really bad !
I can help you with schematics and ways to make either macromodels
from various manufacturers work (think LM13600 / 13700) or make your
own discrete models (like the CA3080 and CD4069)
Contact offlist if you are interested. Expect a steep learning
curve... I had troubles for about 6 months...
