Silver solder generally has a much higher melting point than lead/tin 
solder (~1200F vs ~800F) and I've never heard of it being used on pcbs.

Go with the rosin core lead/tin solder, and as suggested, take the time 
and reheat each joint adding a little solder to each.  Don't go nuts 
with it, just add enough to get a clean shiny joint.  Also don't 
overheat anything.  You want to apply the least heat to get the job 
done, you don't want to damage components or lift the pcb traces. If 
you're not too experienced, work on the resistors first, they're the 
hardest to damage. :-)
