[sdiy] Arp sequencer dead quantizers?

Hello Friends,

I reused my Arp seq after about 1 year, and boom!
both quantizers seems to be dead!
both outputting max (and fixed) values of 2 volts

questions:
a) Do you have a "good" pdf for the service manual ?

b) anybody experienced a dead quantizer in the same sequencer ?

c) any IC I have to fast troubleshoot/check ? (for example a
comparator to check immediatly! ;-)
